How can counselling help?
A deeper understanding of ourselves through counselling can lead to greater self-awareness and insight, improved self-esteem, self-confidence, improved performance in our personal life or at work, better relationships and better health.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. I work with clients using warmth and empathy to help them explore their issues safely, deepen understanding whilst working towards new ways of coping and experiencing more contentment in their lives.
How many counselling sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number of counselling sessions. Together we will agree to a suitable number of sessions and work towards achieving your goals. I offer both long and short-term counselling.
How much will counselling cost?
I charge £40 for a one hour counselling session but please talk to me for further information. |
