A practical two day workshop designed to help managers manage work-related stress in their teams and explore the nature and impact of stress in organisational settings. Through experiential learning, sharing information, discussion and exploring case scenarios, managers will be guided through working with their responses, hearing others’ perspectives and considering differing approaches. We recommend this as a two/three part workshop as it provides space for reflection, to practice tools and techniques and the opportunity to review, consolidate and network with other managers. |
