  • Promoting Positive Working Environments - An Anti-bullying Workshop

 

This workshop provides a reflective space to deepen your understanding of bullying in the workplace and how you can challenge it and manage it appropriately.  It also promotes the cultivation of positive relationships and working environments.  (This can be run as a half day/whole day workshop)

·         Self-help Skills for Health and Happiness in the Workplace 

A one day workshop designed to introduce simple and effective strategies for improving health and increasing happiness.   This workshop draws on recent advances in behavioural medicine and positive psychology, and offers a range of practical tools and techniques designed to boost good health and improve contentment.  (One day workshop)

·         Managing Work-Related Stress for Managers Workshop

A practical two day workshop designed to help managers manage work-related stress in their teams and explore the nature and impact of stress in organisational settings.  Through experiential learning, sharing information, discussion and exploring case scenarios, managers will be guided through working with their responses, hearing others’ perspectives and considering differing approaches.  We recommend this as a workshop in two parts as it provides space for reflection, to practice tools and techniques and the opportunity to review, consolidate and network with other managers.  (Two day workshop with a one month gap recommended between the two days)

 

  •   Team Days

 

A team day can be useful for maintaining team wellbeing or for attending to crisis or conflict within a team.  Sometimes a team can benefit from simply having a structured day with external facilitators to look at how to improve the quality of their day to day experience of being at work.  Other times, teams can be in poor health due to increased pressure of work, restructuring or redundancies which can leave difficult team dynamics.

We work with teams providing the space for discussion and reflection which can help the team address their  challenges, as well as offering tools for problem solving and strengthening resilience and team wellbeing. We have worked with many teams who have found these days to be both useful and practical, as well as offering new possibilities for improving their experience and quality of life at work.
